If you accidentally deleted a file or made changes by accident. These are the steps you need to follow to restore a file(s) from our Jetbackup 5 backup vault.
How to restore file(s) using Backuply (All files or individual file)
- Log into cPanel
- Locate Backuply or Backuply Incremental Backups in your control panel
- Click on Home Directory from under the Restore & Download section
- Select the date which you want to restore from and if you want to select an individual file from this specific date. Click on View / Select Files on the same row that you have selected. Now you will be able to select the files/folders (checkbox) you want to restore or you can click on the Folder's link to expand the folder and see more files inside. Once you are set, click on Restore Selection at the bottom.
If you are restoring the whole Home Directory (Without selecting individual files), the system will automatically restore the whole home directory everything for you. Just sit back and hang tight.
