If you accidentally deleted a file, email, database, DNS record or cronjob from your hosting account or if you wish to restore your account completely. These are the steps you need to follow to restore from our Jetbackup 5 backup vault.

How to restore an account using Backuply (All files, settings, database, DNS, cronjob fully restored)

  1. Log into cPanel
  2. Locate Backuply or Backuply Incremental Backups in your control panel
  3. Click on Full Backups from under the Restore & Download section
  4. Select the date which you want to restore from. Once the date has been selected, click on Restore icon on the row of the date you want to restore
  5. Click on Yes to proceed with the restore

By default, Backuply will restore and overwrite everything, so use another backup selection if you only want individual items restored

If you are restoring the account, the system will automatically restore everything for you. Just sit back and hang tight. It might take 15 minutes to 1 hour depending your account size.
