If your organization would like to have a standardized email footer on all outgoing emails, then continue on this article.
This particular setting is useful for organizations such as law firms or firms that want to display a confidentiality disclaimer or company messages at the bottom of each email
- Log into the Webmail for the domain administrator
- Goto Domain Settings on the top menu then General on the left side menu
- You should now see a Footer box on the right hand side. Enable Override footer settings for this domain and Enable footer for all messages
- Now you can click on the pencil icon beside Footer to modify the outgoing footer message
- Hit Save on the top left
