You could log into the Client Panel (Billing Area) and then click on the Services -> My Services -> View Details of the service you wish to have the password reset. Once the next page has been loaded, you will be given the option to reset the password.
If you are not able to log into our Client Panel (Billing Area), then simply submit a ticket to our customer care team and we will reset it for you.
For security reasons, we require at least two of the following information to complete the password reset procedure.
-Full name on the account
-Billing address of the account
-Paypal email used
-Credit Card used or on file
