1. Login to your Client Dashboard account
2. Click on My Services button in the Welcome page
3. Click on manage service button
4. Login to cPanel link on the sidebar menu
5. Click on the Email Accounts under the Email section
6. Select the e-mail account that should have the mailbox increased in size, and click on manage
7. Locate the storage option and select unlimited, or type the desired mailbox size
8. Scroll down the page and click on update e-mail settings
